WHAT MAKES CROSSFIT 507 DIFFERENT?

At CrossFit 507, our mission is to Develop, Inspire, and Promote a Community, whose atmosphere allows Anyone to focus on their own aspirations, through Health and Fitness.

There is a lot to unpack there, Let’s dig a little deeper into the meaning of our Key words:

Develop– No matter if you have grandkids wearing you out, or you are training for a triathlon, we want to show you how to better prepare yourself for everyday life!

 Inspire– Every coach is determined to walk the walk, alongside you. We are committed to being real life proof of putting in the work and getting results. 

 Promote– At the gym, this may be your only “me time” opportunity. So we want it to be the best hour of your day! Your accomplishments will be celebrated! This is followed closely with encouragement and accountability for the next goals in mind.

 Community– That’s you! It takes a village to build even a single person up. You are the glue that holds everything together. We believe in our community and the atmosphere behind it!

 Anyone– Anyone can do this! Every movement and exercise is infinitely scalable. The only two things we require of you are, the willingness to work hard, and a small leap of faith.

Health and Fitness– This is the scope of practice we vow to stay in and be the best we can be at it! Our goals are not to be life coaches. We will not interject or advise anyone on the life they live past the services we provide.
